The site presents information about the court of cassation, its structure and competence, the judges of the Court and state servants, the Court statistics and its international relations. The Court rulings and other documents are currently available only in the Lithuanian language, therefore the relevant rubrics will offer just some basic information and a link to the case law database in the Lithuanian language.

The rubric Legal acts includes only those regulatory legal documents related with the Supreme Court that have so far been translated into the English language. Useful links will help you to access the Internet sites of the principal State authorities of the Republic of Lithuania as well as Lithuanian legal websites, some of which are also available in foreign languages.
